This full-time role focuses on supporting Year 1 students and offers a competitive daily rate of £85 – £100, with PAYE. The position commences in September.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Year 1 teacher in preparing and delivering lessons
• Provide individual and small group support to students
• Support a student with SEN on a 1:1 basis, adapting activities to suit their needs
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Aid in the early academic and social development of students through targeted interventions

Requirements:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to engage and support young learners effectively
• Experience in supporting students with SEN
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to classroom support
