Ortus Recruitment are seeking to appoint an experienced, qualified and dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our enthusiastic Primary team in our partnered mainstream primary school based in Kennington, London Borough of Lambeth. This is a full-time, term time only position starting September 2024.

This role will consist of working alongside the classroom teacher, providing support and reinforcement through working with individual pupils or small groups of pupils. The objective of this role is to maximise the functioning of each pupil under the direction of the teacher.

Classroom Assistant Requirements:

• Must be enthusiastic to learn and develop your skills
• Candidate with lively personality
• Able to engage with others well using fantastic communication skills
• Be dedicated to supporting pupils within special education.
