Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for students with SEN.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Conduct small group interventions in core subjects such as Maths and English.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Track and report student progress to the class teacher.
