ASD Learning Support Assistant

ASD LSA | Hanwell| £85 – £105 PAYE | Full Time

If so, we invite you to apply for the ASD LSA position at an outstanding primary school in the vibrant Hanwell area for a September 2024 Start. Join us in nurturing the growth and development of our students. This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Role Responsibilities:

  • You will provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Your responsibilities may include working both inside and outside the classroom, in 1:1 or small group settings.
  • You will assist students with physical, behavioural, or learning difficulties under the guidance of a teacher.
  • Adapting your teaching approach to meet the individual needs of each student will be a key aspect of your role.
  • Your contribution will help create a safe and stimulating learning environment for our students.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students in their learning journey.
  • Patience and the capacity to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate various teaching and learning activities.
  • A commitment to creating optimal conditions for student learning and development.
