Tough Mudder
Tom Kearley trained hard to complete Tough Mudder on May 21st, for the mental health charity MIND. (A charity that provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.)
Tough Mudder is 10 miles (Over 16km) of mud-soaked mayhem, with 25 of the world’s craziest obstacles.
Tom managed to raise £155 for his course!
The Southall 2.6 Relay Challenge
Have a look at Rav Sahota (One of the company Directors) getting involved in The Southall 2.6 Relay Challenge, and helping The Lancaster Estate Resident Association (LERA) raise £5000 for the NHS Charities Together and Hope For Southall Street Homeless.
