Your Role Will Include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils, including those with additional learning needs or EHCPs
• Supporting classroom activities under the guidance of the class teacher
• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to track pupil progress

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, or youth settings)
• Is patient, positive and passionate about supporting learning
• Has strong communication skills and works well as part of a team
• Can adapt to different situations and show initiative
• Brings energy, empathy and a commitment to helping every child succeed

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting children with special educational needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech & language)
• A current DBS certificate on the Update Service
• Training in safeguarding or behaviour support (not essential – training provided)
