Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. π
- Assist with the planning, preparation, and organization of learning activities, resources, and materials. ποΈ
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help with their learning. π€
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. π
- Help to manage student behavior and promote positive relationships within the classroom and school community. π
- Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and adapting support strategies accordingly. π

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. π
- A genuine passion for working with young learners and supporting their academic and personal development. π±
