? Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to a student with autism, helping them access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities
• Implement individualized strategies and interventions to promote learning and development
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and respects the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with the teacher and other support staff to create a holistic support plan for the student
• Monitor progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians and other professionals involved in the student’s care

• Experience working with children with autism or special educational needs
• Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based interventions
• Patience, empathy, and flexibility in adapting to the individual needs of the student
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
