Are you passionate about working with children? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced member of staff to work 1:1 with a learner with challenging behaviour.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications and/or have experience working in a school setting. You will need to be patient, empathetic and an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with the pupil and their family as well as being able to communicate feedback about the learners day.

The role will consist of working closely with a 1:1 learner with challenging behaviour, inside and outside of the classroom. You will be required to assist the learner with classwork and maintaining concentration in class. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking regular movement breaks with the learner and supervising the learner in the lunch hall and in the playground.
