About the Role:

As a 1:1 Classroom Assistant, you will:

• Support a KS1 pupil during lessons and classroom activities
• Create an engaging environment that promotes active learning, creativity, and curiosity
• Work closely alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored support
• Address individual learning needs while contributing positively to the wider classroom
• Encourage confidence, independence, and social development

The ideal candidate will be bubbly, kind, adaptable, and able to think on their feet in a dynamic school setting.

About You:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (school-based experience desirable)
• A nurturing, patient, and encouraging personality
• Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the child and classroom
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
• Able to provide an up-to-date CV and references
• Relevant education or childcare qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
