1:1 Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant | Ealing Broadway

Ortus Recruitment are working alongside a fantastic Primary School who are looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work within their welcoming and supportive team of specialist and mainstream staff, assisting pupils who have SEN i.e. ASC on a 1:1 basis.

The nursery is based in Ealing Broadway, West London, a short walk from the underground Station. The school has received an ‘Outstanding’ for their latest report, and benefit from excellent facilities and a wide range of resources.

Candidates should:

• Have prior SEN experience
• Have at least 3-6 months experience working with children
• Have a Level 3 Teaching qualification or relevant degree
• Have a calm and confident nature
• Be reliable and proactive within their role
• Be able to set clear boundaries with a firm but fair approach.

Candidates must:

• Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service / be willing to apply or one
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Provide 2 references
• Have a level 3 qualification
