In this rewarding role, you will provide tailored support to a Year 6 pupil with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, complex needs, and a history of emotional trauma. The Role:

• Assist a Year 6 pupil with emotional regulation, engagement, and academic development in the classroom.
• Implement strategies tailored to the pupil’s emotional and educational needs, ensuring they receive the right level of support to thrive.
• Work closely with the SENDCo, teachers, and external professionals to create and deliver the best outcomes for the pupil.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEMH, trauma, or complex needs is desirable but not essential.
• A resilient, empathetic approach to working with children who require additional support.
• A willingness to develop your skills and grow within a supportive and nurturing SEND team.
