Joining the school as an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to support a Year 3 student with SEMH needs. We’re looking for individuals who possess exceptional interpersonal skills and can easily establish rapport with pupils. Whether you have prior experience or are familiar with supporting challenging behaviors, this role welcomes your expertise. While desirable, qualifications such as PRICE, MAPA, or Team Teach training are not essential. We value diverse backgrounds, including those with experience in youth work, behavioral support in education, social work, or sports organizations. Graduates in Psychology, Education, English, Maths, or Science are also encouraged to apply.
