Ortus Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Clapham to appoint a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with Autism from September 2025. The Role:
The successful candidate will work one-to-one with a Year 4 pupil with Autism, providing tailored support to help them access learning, manage routines, and engage positively throughout the school day. This role requires patience, empathy, and a consistent, structured approach to communication and behaviour support.
