Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to a student with additional learning needs.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of the student.
• Assist with academic activities and provide encouragement and motivation.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for the student to thrive.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
• Patient, empathetic, and understanding nature.
• Ability to build rapport with students and establish a trusting relationship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
