The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism.
• Prior classroom or nursery experience.
• Patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to supporting young learners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A solid academic background.
• A collaborative team player with a willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable providing 1:1 support to students.
• Available to work full-time and eager to start immediately.

Role Details:

• Location: New Addington, Croydon
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Salary: £89 – £100 per day (PAYE)
• Start Date: Immediate
• Contract: Long-term, full-time position
