We are looking for someone to become a part of a lively school in Haringey that is committed to nurturing creativity and artistic expression among its students.

Position Details:

• Start Date: September 2024
• Duration: Academic Year

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom activities with a focus on integrating performing arts into the curriculum.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering creative lessons that incorporate drama, music, and dance.
• Facilitate and supervise performing arts projects, rehearsals, and school productions.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, enhancing their learning experience through artistic activities.
• Help maintain an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Background in Performing Arts, such as drama, music, dance, or a related field.
• Passion for integrating arts into education and inspiring young minds.
• Creative and dynamic teaching approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commit to the entire duration of the placement.
• DBS checked or willingness to complete a DBS check.
