Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Wimbledon

Role Details

• Location: Primary School in Wimbledon
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: £90.00 – £105.00 per day (depending on experience)
• Start Date: Immediate or September start

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils who need additional assistance
• Assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and general duties
• Encourage and inspire pupils to reach their full potential
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required
• Manage and de-escalate behavioral challenges effectively

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
