We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a dynamic and supportive primary school in Sheffield. No previous experience is required – just a positive attitude, a passion for working with children, and a willingness to learn!
Role Details:
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Location: Sheffield
- Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Pay: £89 – £100 per day (PAYE, dependent on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting learning across the classroom
- Providing 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil
- Helping create an engaging, inclusive, and safe learning environment
- Assisting the class teacher and collaborating with other staff
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping manage challenges effectively
About You:
- A can-do, positive attitude with a passion for education
- Proactive, personable, and a great communicator (both written and verbal)
- Calm, patient, and reliable – especially under pressure
- Committed to the learning and development of young pupils
- Punctual and well-organised
