The Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. The successful candidate will work alongside class teachers to support children’s learning and development across a range of year groups, with a particular focus on [early years/KS1/KS2 – adjust as needed].

Key Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Assist with classroom management and organisation.
• Provide pastoral support and help to create a positive and safe learning environment.
• Contribute to planning and the assessment of pupil progress as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
