This is a long-term opportunity within a well-resourced school that has recently been graded ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted. Role Details

• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Streatham
• Start: Immediate (trial required)
• Contract: Full-time, Long-term
• Hours: 08:30am – 4:00pm
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Pay: £435 – £535 per week (PAYE), dependent on experience and qualifications
• Notice Period: Maximum one week

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with severe and complex SEN
• Providing 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom
• Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning
• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence
• Helping to maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Caring, patient, and emotionally resilient
• Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
• Psychology graduates and aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
• A proactive team player with a genuine passion for education
• Able to commit full-time and attend an immediate trial
• Able to commute to Streatham
