Are you experienced in supporting children with ADHD and additional learning needs?
A vibrant primary school in South Norwood is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 student with ADHD, helping them with focus, engagement, and classroom participation.

The Role:

• Provide one-to-one support for a Year 5 child with ADHD.
• Implement strategies to help with concentration, organisation, and self-regulation.
• Support engagement in lessons through tailored interventions.
• Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement an EHCP.
• Encourage positive social interactions and confidence in learning.

About You:

• Experience working with children with ADHD or similar needs is desirable.
• Strong behaviour management and engagement strategies.
• A patient, calm, and structured approach to SEN support.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
