Ortus Recruitment are searching for a patient and attentive SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a two-form entry Ofsted ‘Good’ rated school.

The role is working with 1:1 with a child in year two awaiting diagnosis for ADHD. The role is providing consistent child specific support, building a relationship, helping to manage behaviour, and keeping on task.

Who we are looking for:

• Will have relevant SEND/ADHD experience.
• Have supporting children in a 1:1 basis.
• Experience managing behaviour and refusal
• Be nurturing, caring & patient and able to form relationships quickly.
• Have knowledge of the Key Stage One Curriculum
• Level 3 or relevant qualification required.
