Role Description:

• 1:1 Support: Provide individualized support to an autistic child in a Year 3 class.
• Classroom Assistance: Assist the class teacher and support the entire class when needed.
• Break Time Supervision: Care for and supervise children during break times.
• Behavior Management: Manage challenging behavior effectively.
• Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in supporting SEN children.
• Experience in childcare, particularly with Autism/ADHD.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children.
• Ability to monitor and record a child’s progress.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles.

Benefits:
