Looking to take your career in education to the next level? Ortus Recruitment is excited to partner with a highly respected Mainstream Primary School in the Hounslow LEA, seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Mentor with a behavior specialism to join their team.

As a Learning Mentor, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 specialist support to pupils in Year 3 who require assistance with overcoming barriers to learning, specifically behavior and attendance issues. You will report to the school’s SENCO/Inclusion Lead and provide detailed daily feedback and learning progress reports.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in education, a proven track record in inspiring and motivating pupils who display challenging behavior, as well as experience with primary aged children. Additionally, clear spoken and written communication skills, as well as a proactive, reliable, and flexible attitude, are essential.
