Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Edmonton, London Borough of Enfield
Schedule: Full-Time, Long-Term (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
Salary: £425 – £500 per week (PAYE, NO Umbrella Deductions)

Ortus Recruitment is excited to partner with an Ofsted Outstanding mainstream primary school in Edmonton, Enfield, in their search for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their KS1 team. This role involves working closely with a child who face behavioural challenges and have SEMH needs.

We are seeking a passionate and resilient individual with experience in supporting children to manage behaviour and develop positive coping strategies. The school is committed to fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment, helping every child overcome barriers and thrive both academically and emotionally.

Requirements:

• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have school-based experience of working in a primary, secondary or college setting
• Must have 3 Months minumum working with pupil with SEN
• Team Teach Qualification is preffered
• Two suitable references
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
• Available from Monday – Friday (08:30am – 3:30pm)
