As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in this vibrant school community, collaborating closely with a supportive team of educators and staff.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one learning support for a child with behavioural challenges.
• Apply your understanding of behaviour theory to foster positive change.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families, and fellow professionals.

• Experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) or EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)
• Special Educational Needs (SEN) Assistant
• Sports Coach
