Are you a patient and proactive individual with a passion for supporting children with challenging behaviour? Our partnered mainstream primary school in Putney is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a Year 3 pupil who requires tailored behavioural and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted behaviour interventions to the child in both classroom and 1:1 settings.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop strategies that enhance learning.
• Build a positive rapport with the child to create a safe and nurturing environment.
• Track progress and report to teachers and parents, offering suggestions for further improvements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations and maintain a positive approach.
• A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
