Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive engagement.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create tailored intervention plans.
• Build strong relationships with students to help them develop self-regulation and coping skills.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with behavioural needs (e.g., SEMH, ASD, ADHD).
• Strong behaviour management skills and a proactive approach.
• A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
