This full-time role is perfect for someone with experience in a similar setting or a graduate passionate about supporting children with additional behavioural challenges. You will be working closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement tailored strategies that promote engagement, focus, and emotional development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience supporting children with behavioural difficulties
• A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
• The ability to form positive, consistent relationships with pupils
