Behaviour Mentor – Primary School (No Qualifications Needed!)

Full-Time | Monday to Friday

Start Date: September 2025

Daily Rate: £95 – £110 Daily

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school that is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges. No formal qualifications are required – just patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to support young learners.

About the Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN and behavioural needs.
• Help children regulate emotions, focus on learning, and develop positive coping strategies.
• Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to implement personalised behaviour plans.
• Be a calm, consistent, and positive role model throughout the school day.

Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiastic, empathetic, and ready to take initiative.
• Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a good sense of humour.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
