Are you a patient, proactive and energetic Behaviour Mentor looking to make a real difference in a young learner’s life? Our partnered school in Edgware is seeking a dedicated individual to support a Year 5 boy with SEMH needs and behavioural challenges.

About the Role

You will work 1:1 with a pupil who benefits from:

• Regular breaks to regulate and maintain focus
• Clear structure and consistent routines
• Positive behaviour strategies and calm communication

He is bright, charismatic and highly active, with a strong interest in sports, movement and climbing—so an active mentor who can channel his energy positively will be a great fit.

• Experience supporting children with SEMH / ASC / ADHD
• Confidence in using de-escalation and behaviour-regulation strategies
• Someone active, patient and resilient
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships
