Ortus Recruitment is seeking an experienced and compassionate Behaviour Mentor for a school in Tooting.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and help them develop the skills and strategies they need to succeed in school and in life. You will work with a team of experienced professionals and have access to the latest behaviour management techniques and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group support to students with challenging behaviours
• Work with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour management plans
• Help students to develop social and emotional skills
• Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to parents and teachers

Requirements:

• Experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviours
• Strong understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, kindness and a passion for helping others
