Ortus Recruitment are seeking a talented and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a thriving primary school in the lovely Richmond Borough. This ‘Outstanding’ mainstream primary school is looking for someone proactive, reliable, and flexible with a strong academic background, experience around children, and knowledge of supporting challenging behaviour.

In this full-time role, you’ll be supporting a KS1 child with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Needs. As the successful candidate, you’ll play a vital role in the student’s education, assisting with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs and Behaviour Management Policies.
