Ortus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support our partnered mainstream primary school located in Wandsworth! As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working with students who require additional support in managing their behaviour in and out of the classroom. You will be responsible for implementing behaviour management strategies and providing support.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students with challenging behaviour, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students with behavioural needs
