Behaviour Mentor
A reputable school are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join at the earliest opportunity. This position is crucial in supporting students with Challenging Behaviour and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to thrive both academically and emotionally. The successful candidate will primarily work with students in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), providing guidance and assistance to help regulate their emotions and enhance their academic performance. This full-time role involves supporting students both within and outside the classroom environment.
The Candidate:
We are searching for an individual who possesses the ability to inspire others and is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of disadvantaged children. While previous experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable, it is not mandatory. However, candidates with experience or knowledge in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
- SEN – Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) experience
- Challenging Behaviour/Behaviour Management
- Learning Support
- SEMH
- Sport Coaching
- Youth Work
- Teaching Assistant

Requirements:
- Ability to participate in interviews and trial sessions for longer-term positions
