Ortus Recruitment is currently seeking a behavior mentor to join our team, focusing on supporting one of our client mainstream schools in Willesden, located in the London Borough of Brent. This particular school has received an ‘GOOD’ rating from Ofsted and boasts a highly supportive staff environment.

Role Overview:

As a behavior mentor, you will primarily engage with students in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), providing targeted assistance to individuals requiring support with behavior management. Your responsibilities will include conducting group sessions as well as one-on-one interventions tailored to the needs of each child.

This role is a full time role Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
