Ortus Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Learning Support Assistant to support our partnered primary school based in Stockwell to support a child 1:1 with SEMH in a KS1 class.

Behaviour Mentor Requirements:

• Hold a teaching qualification or be degree educated
• Previous experience in a primary school with sound knowledge of the curriculum
• SEN experience (highly desirable)
• Friendly, empathetic and motivating
• Attentive to needs of pupils
• Aware of social barriers that pupils may face during their time at school
• reliable and committed fully to each lesson assisted
