Ortus Recruitment is thrilled to offer an incredible opportunity to work as a Behaviour Mentor in a fantastic primary school located in the vibrant Streatham Hill area.

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with pupils who showcase challenging emotional and behavioural needs, as well as working with students in small groups, in order to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

As a Behaviour Mentor Extraordinaire, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with children and staff, and will be a strong role model and go-to person for children. You will be a behaviour management expert, with a deep understanding of the issues faced by children with SEN and challenging behaviour.

This is a full-time position for the remainder of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday, from 08:30am to 16:00pm.
