• Implement effective behavior management strategies tailored to the needs of individual students.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans.
• Encourage and motivate students to foster positive attitudes and behaviors.
• Foster a safe and inclusive space for learning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing challenging behavior, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior management plans.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in behavior management or a related field are advantageous.

• Full-time or part-time positions available.
