Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement behavior management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require assistance in managing their behavior and emotional well-being.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of resources and materials to support effective behavior interventions.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress and well-being.
• Collaborate with the school’s staff to implement behavior improvement plans and interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Behavior Mentor is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for helping students develop positive behavior patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with students facing behavior challenges.
• Knowledge of various behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Relevant qualifications in behavior management or education support are a plus.
• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
