As a Behaviour Mentor, you will gain invaluable experience supporting a student on a 1:1 basis with their development and work in collaboration with dedicated and experienced practitioners who will encourage you every step of the way. You will be responsible for developing and delivering learning programmes to a pupil with behavioural difficulties. You will need to have an understanding of behaviour theory and an ability to build strong relationships with pupils, families and other practitioners. You must have the ability to identify individual needs and create effective strategies to support pupils in the classroom.

The requirements for this role are:

• An enhanced DBS
• Need 3 to 6 months of SEN experience
• Need a fair and firm approach
• Team teach (desirable)
