Pay: £90.00 – £100 per day (PAYE)

Role: Full-time, long-term role

Are you a proactive and energetic individual who enjoys working with children? Do you have a background in Behaviour Management and want to use your skills to make a positive impact in education? We are looking for a motivated Behaviour Mentor to join our client, an “Outstanding” Primary School in Southall.

This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for special educational needs (SEN) and physical activity while supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

• Special Educational Needs Assistant
• Sports Coach
• Learning Mentor
• Learning Support Assistant
• Youth Worker
• SEMH/EBD experience

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a strong passion for helping children who display challenging behaviour. You will need to have a patient and friendly nature, the children you’ll be working with have Autism & Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH).

Candidates must have:

• An enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Provide 2 references.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Possibility of completing training/courses
