Ortus Recruitment are working with an amazing primary school in Surbiton and they are recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who have challenging behaviour. This is a full time-long term role therefore if you apply for this role you need to ensure that you are available from Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (hour lunch break).

The role:

• Position: Behaviour Mentor
• Location: Surbiton
• Full time-long term
• September start
• Monday-Friday
• PAYE (£80-£90)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with identifying pupils in need of support.
• Conducting one-to-one mentoring sessions with identified pupils.
• Develop strategies for pupils to better manage their behaviour.
• Drawing up action plans for learners.
• Liaising with SENCos.
