Behaviour Mentor | Streatham | £80 – £90 PAYE | Immediate Start Position

Ortus Recruitment is currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a dynamic specialist school located in Streatham. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work 5 days a week during term time only. Responsibilities:

• Providing support to pupils who require assistance with their behaviour
• Encouraging positive behaviour and attitudes through a range of interventions
• Supporting the school’s care system
• Collaborating with teachers and senior leadership to provide a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour or PMLD
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm and patient personality
• A passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential
