Looking for a challenging and rewarding role as a behavior TA in Hounslow? Ortus Recruitment is working with an outstanding primary school seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant passionate about behavior management.

This is a unique opportunity to support children in KS1 who have challenging behaviors and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a behavior TA, you’ll be an integral part of a positive and supportive team, working to remove barriers to learning and help children reach their full potential.

To excel in this role, you’ll need a minimum of 6 months experience in supporting children with challenging behaviors, a second-class degree or better, and strong literacy and numeracy skills. The school offers a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, with a daily rate of £80-£95 paid through PAYE.
