Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant with a passion for behavior support? Ortus Recruitment presents a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded Primary School in Chiswick, Hounslow. We’re actively seeking a Behavior Mentor Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in behavior management within a Year 3 class.

About the Role:

• Emotionally, socially, and academically support a designated pupil.
• Lead small group interventions and support children with challenging behavior.
• Collaborate with the Lower KS2 team to plan and deliver engaging sessions.

Desired Qualities:

• Proven experience in behavior support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, reliable, and flexible approach.
• A committed and mature attitude towards your work.
