The role:

• Position: Behaviour Mentor
• Location: Teddington
• Full time-long term
• Immediate start
• Monday-Friday
• PAYE £80-£90

Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have challenging behaviour
• Take students on movements breaks when they are losing concentration
• Providing emotional support for students throughout the course of the day
• Keeping record of children’s progress and highlighting areas they need to improve on
• Helping the students build stronger relationships with their peers and teachers
