Position Overview: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and conducive learning environment. You will work closely with students who require guidance in managing their behavior and emotions. Your primary goal will be to empower students to make better choices, improve their interpersonal skills, and thrive academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support to students facing behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement tailored behavior intervention plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A patient and empathetic approach to working with students.
• The ability to develop and implement behavior intervention strategies.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
