Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Primary School in Brent
Salary: £90 – £105 Weekly (PAYE)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with primary-aged children, providing tailored support to help them overcome behavioural challenges and thrive in their learning environment. Your role will involve:

• Building strong, trusting relationships with children to understand their needs.
• Implementing strategies to manage and improve behaviour in and outside the classroom.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a consistent approach.
• Promoting emotional well-being and boosting self-esteem through mentoring.
• Supporting the child’s academic progress and fostering a love of learning.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals with:

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Experience supporting children with behavioural, emotional, or social needs (voluntary or professional).
• A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to managing challenging behaviour.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
